The Far Distance Band Podcast

Anders (bas) and Thomas (drums) lives in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Niels (guitar/vocal) lives in Aachen, Germany. We want to share with the world how we manage to be an active band inspite of the distance. For that we have created a podcast to open the window into the rehearsal room.

Anders and Niels is co-hosting the podcast and we take you into our machine room and give an insight to how we rehearse, our band talks, technology logistics and practical problems. We also share non-distance related elements like song development, creative processes, lyrics, music style, gear, social media strategy etc. The target group is other amateur bands that want inspiration, tips and tricks.

With this we also want to build a community of amateur bands. We invite amateur bands to pass by our virtual podcast studie for nice inter-band talks on sound, expression, style, how to brake through or whatever we are inspired to dig into and discuss.
